Pisang Kukus

1st time try masa baru-baru kerja kat Sirim which is made by my colleague
I tak tahu menu ni asal dari mana but my colleague said it was from her opah’s recipe which from Teluk Intan.
Tak pernah buat sendiri and bile time PKP ni tasa macam nk try buat sendiri.
Terus wassup my colleague for her recipe. The easiest and the fastest menu for tea time ifyou sorang yang pemalas macam ioll 😂😂

The ingredients:
1. Pisang (pisang berangan better to use)
2. Tepung gandum
3. Santan
4. Garam
5. Gula

Step :
1. Bancuh tepung gandum, santan, gula and garam.
Jangan terlalu cair or terlalu pekat.
2. Potong pisang kepada 2 bahagian.
3. Susun pisang dekat Tupperware.
4. Tuang bancuhan tadi and jangan sampai pisang tenggelam.
5. Masukkan ke dalam kukusan dalam masa 15-20 minit dengan api yang kecil.
Make sure masukkan selepas air dah mendidih.
